We’ve found the best way to promote advertising services is to look for newly launched crypto projects, as well as established projects and join their community. Once a member of their Telegram or Discord community, join in on discussions regarding marketing and chime in where appropriate about your amazing 20% advertising coupon. 

You can also engage with project’s on social media, replying to their tweets, or DMing them. 

You can also try article comments, project subreddits, emailing them using the contact info on their site and pretty much anything you can think of.

You don’t have to stop at just crypto project’s either. Any company, website or blog in the technology space or tech adjacent could surely benefit from press releases and the exposure advertising brings.

In terms of our advertising code of conduct, the sky is the limit with a few ground rules. 

Here is what is NOT permitted:

• CryptoGiggle does not permit marketing tactics that incite or otherwise evoke in any way, fear, panic or chaos, etc.
• CryptoGiggle does not permit marketing tactics that discriminate on the basis of religion, culture, nationality, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age, etc.
• Major brand/corporate logos on seller any marketing collateral, including Pitch Pages and Thank You Pages, including credit card logos, are prohibited unless the seller has documented permission, by said brand or corporation, to use their intellectual property.
• Unauthorized use of the CryptoGiggle logo is prohibited. We are happy to allow authorized usage, but the image in question and the use type and use period must be requested and approved in writing via email at marketing@cryptogiggle.com 
• Qualifying criteria when no qualifiers are truly necessary to purchase the product, are prohibited. Qualifying criteria must have a demonstrated disqualifying criteria.
• Statements that infer that the product is significantly easier to use than it really is (for example, “only takes thirty minutes to post your press release” or “one little press release will ensure your project goes viral”) are prohibited.  CryptoGiggle requires that pitches make reasonable attempts to reflect the actual or typical effort required to achieve typical results. Salesmanship is encouraged, but do not over-embellish. It is more reasonable to assume that with attention, effort, and spare time, the average person with little or no Internet marketing experience can achieve a supplemental income.
• “As Seen On… “statements without documentation showing that the product was seen on the stations, TV shows and/or magazines that are listed (not required, but you may randomly selected to provide proof).
• “Blind offers,” which are defined as sales pitches that make promises about what the customer can earn or achieve without any specific details about how the product accomplishes these claims. CryptoGiggle Pitch Pages, particularly in the crypto niche, must be clear about what techniques or tactics the product teaches or utilizes to achieve results for the customer.
• Promotional techniques that do not follow all relevant laws and regulations are prohibited.
• You must abide by not only your home jurisdictions rules on crypto & affiliate marketing, but also the country of your targeted project’s home jurisdiction.

Testimonials and Endorsements

• All use of testimonials and endorsements must comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guideline

Disclosures and Disclaimers

• Any and all product disclosures and disclaimers must be clear and conspicuous, and not likely to cause consumer confusion.

Scarcity & Urgency 

• CryptoGiggle, in accordance with the FTC, expressly prohibits promoting false scarcity or urgency ploys. False scarcity messaging is when there is no actual scarcity of the product. For example, “Only 300 copies” when there are actually unlimited copies, time tickers running down to incentivize a purchase, or listing products as a “one-time” or “today only” opportunity, when they are, in fact, not.

Email Marketing

• All emails sent by affiliates must abide by the CAM-SPAM act

General

• When in doubt, fall back to the “do the right thing” doctrine. We offer a great service at a great price, there’s no need to force the issue.

Any violations of this code of conduct will result in your affiliate link being deactivated.

Any affiliate code that earns $600 or more in a calendar year, an email will be sent to them asking if they are a U.S. citizen. 

If you are a U.S. citizen
You will be asked via email for the minimum information needed to issue a 1099. Then a 1099 will be issued to you and the IRS. If you do not respond to our inquiries, your affiliate code will be deactivated until the information is furnished.

If you are not a U.S. citizen
No action is needed

You are solely responsible
For calculating and remitting any and all taxes specific to your country/jurisdiction.

Although the email you provide to create your affiliate code must be a real email that you have access to, you can still create a free email account to use just for affiliate marketing.

You can even use an anonymous email provider like Proton mail. As long as you can receive and reply to emails from CryptoGiggle.com, you are free to use any email you like to preserve your personal email.
