Creating an affirmation manifestation ritual in four easy steps

Once you’ve selected a few affirmation examples that resonate with you, it’s time to create your affirmation manifestation ritual. This is a simple four-step process that will help to increase the power of your affirmations.

Step One: 

Get comfortable. Sit or lie down in a position that allows you to relax your body and clear your mind. You may want to close your eyes or play some calming music to help set the mood.

Step Two:

Take some deep breaths. Inhale slowly through your nose, expanding your belly as you do so. Then exhale slowly through your mouth. Continue this for a few minutes, until you feel yourself start to relax.

Step Three:
